Most custom pieces take around 3–6 weeks from design approval, depending on the material and complexity. We’ll give you a firm estimate with your quote.

We take a deposit when you approve the design and the balance before the piece ships.

Damascus is made by forge-welding layers of different steels, then folding and etching them to reveal a flowing pattern. No two pieces share exactly the same pattern.

Timascus is a layered titanium alloy. Heat-coloring brings out bands of blue, purple and bronze, and it’s light, strong and hypoallergenic.

Copper and brass can leave a harmless green mark on some skin. A coat of clear sealant or simply wiping the inside of the piece keeps it to a minimum.

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear. Keep Damascus and steel dry and occasionally apply a drop of oil to prevent rust. Avoid harsh chemicals and chlorine.

We recommend our free ring sizer for the most accurate fit. Wide bands fit tighter, so measure with a sizer the same width as the ring you’re ordering.

Your first resize or size exchange is free within 30 days of delivery. See our resizing policy.

Measure around your wrist where you’ll wear the cuff and add about 2.5 cm (1 in). Cuffs can also be gently adjusted by hand.

Shipping is free within the US and a flat $30 to every other country. It’s worked out automatically at checkout from your shipping address.

It depends on the piece: rings and materials arrive in about 15–18 days, and cuffs, pens and everything else in about 2–3 days. Each product page shows its delivery time and expected arrival dates.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Ready-made pieces can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn. Full details are on our Exchange Policies page.

Custom pieces are made to your design and can’t be returned, but if anything is wrong with the piece we’ll fix or remake it.

Defects in materials and craftsmanship, for the life of the piece. Normal wear, loss and accidental damage aren’t covered.
